Who We Are
Owner and founder, Jeff Swan, has been in the industry for over 20 years with a primary focus on commercial site and concrete construction. Jeff’s desire to grow personally and professionally to become an industry leader became evident as the years went on. This led him down the path of buying out Reiber Bros. Construction, a well-known and respected residential site work construction company and transitioning it into what LG Evans Construction is today. His vision was to establish a team of individuals who share common goals; to deliver a quality product and to treat employees and customers alike as if they were family. The company’s explosion of growth since inception is evidence of Jeff’s proven leadership.
Our Family
Jeff and his wife Candace have three beautiful children Lucy, Lily and Evan. Family is the foundation for everything and as the company name speaks, is the foundation for LG Evans!
