Winding Creek Woods is a 270-unit luxury apartment complex located on Hard Road, just north of Route 104 in Webster. The 25 acre site requires complete clearing of trees in order to build the 19 apartment buildings, clubhouse with pool and associated parking. Phase I has been completed including six buildings, associated utilities, sidewalks, roads and parking lots. Phase II clearing and site preparation is ongoing, LG Evans scope is scheduled to be complete Spring 2020.
